Returns Only – No Exchanges 
Our drops are limited, so we can’t reserve items while waiting for returns — however, we do accept returns for a refund within 14 days of your order arriving.
Pro tip: If you're concerned about securing an item, we recommend purchasing it separately before your refund is processed.

Received the wrong item or something damaged?
Contact us immediately through our 'contact us' page. We’ll review the issue and may offer a replacement, discount, or store credit.

Customs: If you return an order, any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable, as these are applied by your country’s customs authorities and not by us.

Non-returnable items:
All discounted, sale, and limited edition items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
