2. Click Cancel Order.

4. Select the order you'd like to cancel.
5. Submit your cancellation request.
6. We'll review your request and email you with the outcome.

• In-stock orders are typically processed within 2 business days, so cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
• Pre-order items can be cancelled any time before they have been processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
• Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.
