Our return policy allows returns only if they are initiated within 14 days of your order's arrival. Read through our policies before starting a return.

Return conditions:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Returned items must be brand new, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Pro tip: Our drops are limited, so we can’t reserve items while waiting for returns. If you're concerned about securing an item, we recommend purchasing it separately before your refund is processed.

Processing Times: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days or sooner after your return is received by our team, allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear). 

Customs: If you return an order, any customs duties or taxes paid are non-refundable, as these are applied by your country’s customs authorities and not by us.

Non-returnable items:
All discounted, sale, and limited edition items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
