To start a return, follow these steps:

1. Visit our Help Centre.
2. Click Return Order.
3. Log in to your account.
4. Select the order you'd like to return.
5. Submit your return request.
6. Once approved, we'll email you with your return instructions and the correct return address.
7. Arrange and pay for your return shipping, then send us your tracking number.
8. Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Things to know:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot complete your refund if your return is lost in transit.
• Returns sent to us without an approved return request are not eligible for a refund.
