Why are only some products available for pre-order?Updated 19 days ago

We only offer pre-orders for selected collections. This allows customers to reserve their items before they arrive while production and inbound shipping are being completed.

Some products are available for immediate dispatch, while others may still be arriving at our warehouse. This will always be clearly stated on the product page before you place your order.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready. We treat each order as a single shipment to keep delivery simple and included under one shipping fee.
