Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item before it's ready to ship. They're used for upcoming releases, giving you the opportunity to secure your item before it's available for dispatch.

The estimated dispatch date is displayed on the product page and again at checkout before you place your order. You'll also receive email updates throughout the pre-order process, including your shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Things to know:

• Payment is taken when your order is placed.
• The estimated dispatch date is shown before checkout.
• Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items are shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Note: If you've already placed a pre-order and are looking for an update, check your email first. We send regular updates throughout the pre-order process, including any changes to the estimated dispatch date.
