What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated a month ago

Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, contact your local postal office first for international orders. If they are unable to assist, reach out to our support team on our 'contact us page' with your order number and any relevant details.

Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, report it to our support team on our 'contact us page' with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Important Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave Australia. Once transferred to local customs and your country’s courier, any misplaced items must be handled by the customer through their local post office or courier service. We’ll assist where possible, but responsibility ultimately falls on the recipient.
